Ecclesiastes 3:1 says To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
I think there is beauty in every season, even in the in-between seasons.  At this time of the year, the annuals planted in the spring are fading away to be replaced with the wild flowers blooming in the background and the mushrooms (although not edible, but pretty) popping up in different places and a few colored leaves here and there and the leaves on certain trees, like my Dogwood, starting to turn.  God thought of everything.
