Recipe of the week; Chocolae Angel Pie

We gave this recipe ***(excellent) because it was delicious and so easy to make.  The only thing to bake was the crust and if you don't even want to bake that you can substitute a bought graham cracker or cookie crust.  Try it, you'll like it!

Chocolate Angle Pie

2 tblspns. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 (8oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 box instant chocolate pudding
Pie crust 9" baked and cooled

1. Combine pudding mix and cocoa in a medium bowl.  Blend well with a whisk, add milk and whisk again till thickened.
2. Fold in half a container of Cool Whip and spoon it into the pie shell and top with the rest of the Cool Whip.  Garnish with mini chocolate chips. 
3. Freeze for at least 4 hours and take out about 5 or 6 minutes before serving.
