Food; My mother's potatoes Italian style

This is my mother's version of Italian potatoes.  It was one of my favorite side dishes that she made.  It goes with all kinds of meat.  One of my granddaughters liked it so much she asked me to make it for her one day after school, just the potatoes, nothing else. Of course, I complied.  It's very simple to make.  Directions to follow:Italian Style Potatoes

All you do is peel your potatoes and cut them in chunks and boil till fork tender.  Drain and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, fresh or dried parsley, vegetable or canola oil and a little white vinegar.  I have no measurements, it is all according to how many potatoes you cook.  So simple, but so good!
