Food; "Waste not, want not" Frogia

"Waste not, want not" took on another whole meaning to my mother-in- law, Anna Alba.  She wasted nothing.  This is a dish called frogia.  I have a feeling she made it up herself.  You know when you are making breaded chicken or pork chops and you have some breadcrumbs and egg left over?  Well, you simple mix the two together and fry it up like a pancake and serve it with the meat.  It's actually delicious.  Of course the bread crumb mixture has grated cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian Seasoning in it.  Try it, you'll like it.
