Saturday's menu was oven fried chicken,
tomato salad, broccoli and cheese quiche and Italian pasta salad. It was a really nice summer dinner. The oven fried chicken was my 'recipe of the week'. That recipe will be in the next post. The Italian pasta salad simply was tri-color corkscrew pasta, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, tomatoes and torn basil and the dressing was just garlic, red wine vinegar and olive oil and salt and pepper. I bought a big apple pie for dessert.
