This is a Louis Kemp recipe I found in a Bon Appetit magazine, dated December 1993. This recipe got *** which stands for "Excellent", courtesy of my family.

HOT SEAFOOD SPREAD
2 pigs. (8oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 pg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights flakes
1/2 c. bottled horseradish sauce
1/2 sliced almonds
Paprika

Beat cream cheese until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.  Blend in remaining ingredients, except almonds and paprika.  Spread mixture in 9" pie plate.*  Top with almonds and sprinkle with paprika.  Bake uncovered at 375 for 20 minutes.  Serve with assorted crackers.

*I used an 8" square glass baking dish.
