Ever buy too much greens?
I always have a tendency to buy too much greens. So tonight I decided to cook some egg noodles and the fresh greens in the same pot at the same time then just drain most of the water and added a little extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and a little grating cheese and some garlic powder. It was delicious, even my husband liked it. It was good side dish for barbeque chicken.
