Dessert; Pumpkin Mousse Pie

Copyright by The Old School Housewife
This recipe started out a Weight Watcher's mousse recipe, no crust or whipped topping on top.  I turned it into a pie and not sugar or fat free.  It's still not too fattening.   It is really delicious and light and creamy and no baking needed.  I used a bought graham cracker crust, you could make your own, though.  It's a really good dessert to bring when you are invited somewhere and anyone who loves pumpkin will love this pie.
Pumpkin Mousse Pie

15 oz. can of pumpkin
2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 3/4 cups milk
1 tspn. pumpkin pie spice
2 cups whipped topping

1. Combine pumpkin, spice and milk in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Add pudding mix and whisk for 1 minute.
3. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Place in graham cracker pie crust.
5. Top with the rest of the whipped topping and sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
6. Chill before serving.
